Prohibits individuals with a Y chromosome from participating on school athletic teams designated for the female sex, overriding existing athletic program exceptions

Requires all public school multi-occupancy restrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, and showers to be designated for exclusive use based on students' sex (defined by chromosomes and anatomy)

Prohibits individuals with a Y chromosome from using facilities designated for exclusive use by the female sex

Applies to all public schools including charter schools under Minnesota Statutes chapter 124E

Permits schools to provide accommodations such as single-occupancy facilities or controlled use of faculty facilities upon student request for special circumstances
