Eligible projects include sanitary and storm sewers, water supply systems, natural gas and electric utilities, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, street construction, sidewalks, trail crossings, and ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue up to $6,000,000 in state bonds under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
