Limits home distillation to a maximum of 100 gallons of distilled spirits per person per year

Permits home-distilled spirits to be removed from the premises for organized events, exhibitions, competitions, and public tastings, but prohibits sale

Requires public notice at tastings disclosing that the spirits are homemade, not subject to state inspection, restricted to persons over 21, and consumed at their own risk, along with producer name and address

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 340A.705, which currently treats finding an unauthorized still as prima facie evidence of unlawful manufacture
