Removes the May 31, 2026 sunset date for property rate increases at certain nursing facilities, allowing increases to continue until facilities transition to a new property payment rate system under section 256R.26

Eliminates the $38.56 property rate increase for a nursing facility in Fergus Falls at 1131 South Mabelle Avenue in Ottertail County that was originally effective January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025

Maintains property rate increases for three other nursing facilities: St. Paul facility ($10.65), Duluth facility ($20.81), and Chatfield facility ($21.35), all effective January 1, 2025
