Removes prohibition on electronic bingo devices and electronic pull-tab games containing features that mimic video slot machines, including free plays, bonus games, and screens triggered after initial symbols are revealed

Eliminates requirement that players must manually activate each individual electronic pull-tab ticket and each single row of symbols with separate and distinct actions

Removes restriction preventing electronic pull-tab devices from mimicking the display or user interface of video slot machines

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 349.12, subdivision 25e, which defined "manually activate" for electronic pull-tab devices

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 349.12, subdivisions 12a (electronic bingo device), 12b (electronic pull-tab device), and 12c (electronic pull-tab game)
