Removes the exclusion of vasectomies from the definition of "contraceptive service" under Minnesota's health insurance contraceptive coverage requirements

Requires health plans to cover vasectomies as part of mandated contraceptive services, which includes consultation, examination, procedures, patient education, counseling, and follow-up care

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 62Q.522, subdivision 1

Effective January 1, 2026, applying to health plans offered, issued, or renewed on or after that date
