Minnesota State Colleges and Universities must maintain opiate antagonists (such as naloxone) at each campus site, with at least two doses of nasal opiate antagonist available in each residential building

University of Minnesota Board of Regents is requested, but not required, to implement the same opiate antagonist availability standards

Commissioner of Health must identify and provide resources, including at least one training video, to help institutions implement opiate antagonist emergency response programs

Amends existing law to add postsecondary institution nurses and personnel to the list of individuals authorized to administer opiate antagonists under a standing order from a licensed prescriber

Effective beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year
