Trail segments covered: Little Falls to Camp Ripley Military Museum; Blanchard Dam in Morrison County to Lindbergh State Park; Paul Bunyan Trail in Baxter to the city of Pillager

Funding is a onetime appropriation that remains available until the project is completed or abandoned

Effective the day following final enactment
