Entitles individuals over age 65 who are dependent on others for daily living activities to consult with an independent medical advocate before consenting to vaccines

Prohibits requiring, coercing, or pressuring individuals to obtain experimental or investigational vaccines, including those authorized only under emergency use authorization

Prohibits private businesses from requiring or coercing individuals to obtain vaccines and bars employers from asking health care providers to promote COVID-19 vaccines
