Expands Medical Assistance chiropractic coverage to include medical evaluation and management services, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and therapeutic exercises for acute and chronic spinal pain and neuromusculoskeletal conditions

Removes the previous limit of one annual evaluation for chiropractic services, while maintaining the 24-visit per year cap without prior authorization

Restricts x-ray coverage to radiological examinations of the full spine, cervical/thoracic/lumbar/lumbosacral spine areas, pelvis, or sacroiliac joints necessary to support a subluxation diagnosis

Repeals the separate MinnesotaCare chiropractic services statute (section 256L.03, subdivision 3b), effectively consolidating coverage under the amended Medical Assistance provisions
