Urges Minnesota's Congressional delegation to actively oppose the president's immigration policies and prioritize comprehensive immigration reform, including a pathway to citizenship for immigrants

Calls on Congress to pass the Neighbors Not Enemies Act to fully repeal the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (part of the Alien and Sedition Acts)

Affirms that all persons in Minnesota, regardless of immigration status, are entitled to due process under the U.S. and Minnesota Constitutions

Directs the Chief Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and Minnesota's Congressional delegation
