Establishes legislative deadlines for the 2025 regular session of the Minnesota Legislature

Sets Friday, April 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. as the first and second deadlines for committees to act favorably on all bills except major appropriation and finance bills

Sets Friday, April 11, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. as the third deadline for finance committees to act on major appropriation and finance bills

Exempts House committees on Capital Investment, Ways and Means, Taxes, and Rules and Legislative Administration, as well as Senate committees on Capital Investment, Finance, Taxes, and Rules and Administration from these deadlines

Requires bills acted upon favorably after established deadlines to be referred to the Rules and Administration committees for disposition, which may waive deadline requirements for subsequent committee actions
