Dependent children of veterans with 100% total and permanent disability receive 100% coverage of tuition, mandatory fees, and books (after other financial aid) at Minnesota public colleges and universities

Dependent children of veterans with 70% or higher disability rating receive 50% coverage of tuition, mandatory fees, and books (after other financial aid)

Eligibility limited to students enrolled in undergraduate degree or certificate programs at state-operated institutions or University of Minnesota

Awards do not affect recipient eligibility for Minnesota state grants under section 136A.121

Eligible institutions request payment from the Office of Higher Education on behalf of enrolled students
