Amends Minnesota's medical exemption requirements for window tinting by requiring prescriptions to specify whether the medical condition is temporary or permanent

Requires prescriptions for window tinting exemptions to include an expiration date set by the physician, not to exceed two years from issuance

Creates an exception allowing permanent medical conditions to be documented without an expiration date when indicated by the physician

Effective July 1, 2025, and applies only to prescriptions issued on or after that date
