Digital networks must be accessible to individuals with disabilities by January 1, 2026, and companies must submit annual equity data reports by October 1 detailing wheelchair accessible vehicle wait times, ride fulfillment, denials, and referrals

Companies must adopt nondiscrimination policies prohibiting refusal of service to passengers with disabilities or service animals, with penalties for drivers including suspension or termination

Grants from the account may provide up to $7,500 per wheelchair accessible vehicle purchase/modification, $3,500 for maintenance, $20 per accessible ride fulfilled, and $15 per shift exceeding four hours

Cities may waive license fees for transportation network companies or taxicab companies maintaining at least 10% of their active fleet as wheelchair accessible vehicles
