Authorizes Eden Prairie's economic development authority or the city to establish up to two redevelopment districts in the Eden Prairie Center area, bounded by Flying Cloud Drive, West 78th Street, and Prairie Center Drive

Districts are automatically deemed to meet redevelopment district requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 469.174, subdivision 10, bypassing standard qualification criteria

Exempts these districts from the five-year rule restriction in Minnesota Statutes section 469.176, subdivision 4j

Authority to approve a tax increment financing plan under this section expires December 31, 2026

Takes effect the day after Eden Prairie's governing body and chief clerical officer complete local approval requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 645.021
