Establishes a disability services technology and advocacy expansion grant to support assistive technology, remote support services, and advocacy for people with disabilities and their service providers

Eligible grantees must be nonprofit organizations with statewide reach, demonstrated knowledge of assistive technology and remote support, and proven capacity to provide education and training

Grant funds must be used for training programs for agencies, providers, schools, and families; supporting advocacy organizations; creating accessible resources; conducting research on emerging technology; and outreach to underserved and rural populations

Appropriates $500,000 annually from the general fund for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with funding ending in fiscal year 2031

Requires annual reports by June 30 to legislative committees on training numbers, technology impact data, and recommendations, plus a final evaluation within three months after the grant period ends
