Appropriates $10,800,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to Dakota County and/or the city of Lakeville

Funds reconstruction of County State-Aid Highway 50 from Kenrick Avenue to Klamath Trail as part of the Interstate 35 interchange project

Eligible uses include preliminary and final design, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, construction, reconstruction of roads (including 175th Street and Kenrick Avenue), pedestrian and bicycle facilities, public utility relocation, and stormwater management

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state general obligation bonds up to $10,800,000
