Amends a 2023 law governing the $450,000 grant to Independent School District No. 482 (Little Falls) for an aeronautics and commercial over-the-road technical pilot program

Clarifies that program expenditures made after May 24, 2023, but before the Department of Education officially awarded the grant, qualify as eligible expenses and are reimbursable from the grant funds

Adds a reporting requirement for the district to describe how early expenditures helped provide the program more quickly to participating students

Effective date is retroactive to May 24, 2023, allowing reimbursement for costs the district incurred before formal grant approval
