Appropriates $1,090,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education for grants to museums and education centers in both fiscal year 2026 and fiscal year 2027

Distributes funds to 12 Minnesota museums: The Works in Bloomington ($125,000), Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota in Mankato ($125,000), Great River Children's Museum in St. Cloud ($125,000), SPARK Children's Museum in Rochester ($100,000), and eight smaller museums receiving $75,000-$82,500 each

Establishes a base funding level of $1,090,000 for fiscal year 2028 and beyond

Allows any unspent balance from fiscal year 2026 to carry over into fiscal year 2027
