Modifies the Minnesota Math Corps program mission to require ServeMinnesota AmeriCorps members to use evidence-based instructional support to evaluate and accelerate student learning on foundational mathematics skills for elementary and middle school students

Expands program goals to include helping students meet state academic standards in mathematics and long-term workforce proficiency expectations

Requires the commission to submit a biennial report to K-12 education legislative committees evaluating program data and efficacy

Appropriates $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Department of Education for the program, with unspent FY2026 funds carrying over to FY2027
