Removes the ability to deny or terminate Medical Assistance for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD) coverage due to nonpayment of premiums, eliminating the current "good cause" exception process

Eliminates requirements that disenrolled individuals must pay past due premiums before reenrolling in the program

Removes provisions allowing the commissioner to require guaranteed forms of payment to replace returned, refused, or dishonored payment instruments

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256B.057, subdivision 9, which governs the MA-EPD program for people who meet SSI disability criteria but have excess earnings or assets
