Appropriates $21,475,000 in state bond proceeds to the Minnesota Zoological Board for capital improvements at the Minnesota Zoo

$17,675,000 allocated to design, construct, furnish, and equip a new animal hospital building at the Minnesota Zoological Garden

$3,800,000 designated for capital asset preservation, including infrastructure and exhibit improvements, replacement of outdated buildings, and construction/renovation of trails and roads

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $21,475,000 to fund the appropriation
