Eliminates the nine-member board that was authorized to set minimum wage and compensation standards for nursing home workers in Medicaid-certified facilities

Removes requirements for nursing home employers to provide worker training through certified worker organizations, including the one-hour biennial training mandate

Strikes anti-retaliation protections specific to nursing home workers exercising rights under the workforce standards provisions

Amends section 177.27 to remove references to the repealed nursing home workforce standards sections from employer liability and enforcement provisions
