Appropriates $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the University of Minnesota Board of Regents for health equity initiatives

Funds support three programs: Community-University Health Care Center, Mobile Health Initiative, and One Health Clinic to expand health care services in underserved communities

Requires integration of curriculum and experiential learning focused on underserved communities into health-related academic programs

Expands clinical training placements for health science students in underserved communities

Pilots a One Health Clinic providing interprofessional, multidisciplinary care recognizing the interconnectedness of humans, animals, and the environment
