Schools may release a student's home address to school-age child care programs (as defined in section 142B.01, subdivision 26) for the purpose of mailing program information to families

School-age child care programs receiving student addresses are prohibited from further disseminating the information or using it for any purpose other than mailing program materials

Creates an exception to existing law that generally prohibits educational agencies from designating student home addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses as public directory information

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 13.32, subdivision 5, which governs directory information and student data practices
