Appropriates $6,000,000 from state bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Carver County for intersection safety improvements at County State-Aid Highway 51 and U.S. Highway 212

Project scope includes Highway 51 roadway construction, a bridge over U.S. Highway 212, side street construction, drainage, and water quality improvements

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,000,000 to fund the project

Funds become available only after the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient funding has been committed to complete the entire project
