Requires the commissioner to maintain the reversible high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane on I-394 in the eastbound direction as the default setting

Allows westbound operation of the reversible HOV lane only for planned major events in the metropolitan area that impact traffic patterns

Mandates at least 48 hours' public notice before changing the lane direction, including information on hours and direction of operation

Defines "major event" as arts and cultural events, sporting events, entertainment events, and other significant attractions affecting traffic

Effective date is June 1, 2025
