Creates a new special license plate for veterans who received the Army of Occupation Medal, featuring a facsimile of the medal and the inscription "ARMY OF OCCUPATION" below the plate number

Reorganizes Minnesota Statutes section 168.123 by separating veteran plate design requirements into individual subdivisions for each plate type (Vietnam veteran, Pearl Harbor survivor, World War II, Korean Conflict, Purple Heart, Persian Gulf War, Laos War, campaign medals, Bronze Star, Silver Star, and woman veteran)

Requires applicants for veteran special plates to meet four criteria: active military service, honorable discharge, registered ownership of an eligible vehicle (passenger automobile, recreational vehicle, or one-ton pickup truck), and specific requirements for the plate design requested

Excludes certain plate designs (Pearl Harbor survivor, World War II, Korean Conflict, Laos War, Bronze Star, and Silver Star) from motorcycle plate availability

Effective January 1, 2026, applying to special veteran's plates and motorcycle plates issued on or after that date
