Adds occupational therapy services as an eligible service under children's mental health grants for children with emotional disturbances

Establishes qualification requirements for occupational therapists (480 hours supervised experience in behavioral health) and occupational therapy assistants (320 hours supervised experience) to work in behavioral health settings

Authorizes occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants to provide services as part of treatment teams for intensive residential treatment, residential crisis stabilization, assertive community treatment (ACT), and Youth ACT programs

Adds occupational therapy services as a covered component of children's therapeutic services and supports (CTSS) and allows occupational therapists/assistants to provide individual and group skills training

Permits psychiatric residential treatment facilities and adult day treatment programs to offer occupational therapy services as part of behavioral health treatment
