$16,500,000 appropriated from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account to the Commissioner of Transportation for intersection improvements at Trunk Highway 65 and Bunker Lake Boulevard Northeast (Anoka County State-Aid Highway 116) in Ham Lake

Funds cover preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, final design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of the intersection improvements plus associated frontage and backage roads

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $16,500,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52

No nonstate matching contribution required for this appropriation
