Appropriates $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Department of Education for a grant to the Minnesota Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs

Grant funds must support academic assistance programs including homework help, tutoring, the Exact Path personalized learning program for K-12 math, reading, and language arts, literacy and STEM activities, mentorship, and school attendance improvement strategies

Programs must focus on providing a safe and supportive environment for youth who need the most academic assistance

Requires the Minnesota Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs to secure a 25 percent match from nonstate sources to receive the grant

Unspent fiscal year 2026 funds carry over to fiscal year 2027; base appropriation for fiscal year 2028 is $0
