Appropriates $40,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $40,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Department of Education for permanent school fund supplemental aid to American Indian schools

Each American Indian school's aid amount is calculated based on its share of total average daily membership among all American Indian schools statewide in the prior fiscal year

Aid must be paid 100 percent in the current year on a schedule determined by the commissioner

Designated as a onetime appropriation, limited to fiscal years 2026 and 2027 only
