Eligible postsecondary institutions must prominently display job placement rates for each specific field of study and gainful employment outcomes, including median earnings of graduates, in their catalog and on their website.

Institutions must annually report job placement and earnings information to the Office of Higher Education using metrics developed by the office.

The Office of Higher Education must randomly audit institutions to ensure compliance with the disclosure requirements.

Noncompliance must be reported to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over higher education.
