Sales and use tax exemption provided for materials, supplies, and equipment used in construction, reconstruction, upgrade, expansion, renovation, or remodeling of the Chanhassen Bluffs Sports Complex

Exemption applies to purchases made after October 31, 2025, and before September 1, 2027

Tax will be collected at the standard rate and then refunded through existing refund procedures under Minnesota Statutes section 297A.75
