Adds job misclassification to the list of prohibited employer practices under Minnesota Statutes section 181.03

Prohibits employers with formal job classification and compensation plans from placing employees in job classifications, categories, or titles that misrepresent their experience or actual duties

Applies only when the employer acts with intent to defraud

Amends existing law that already prohibits fraudulent wage receipts, demanding rebates from employee wages, and misrepresenting wages paid
