Transfers $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 from the general fund to the active transportation account in the special revenue fund

Appropriates $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 from the active transportation account for grants to the city of Anoka for a pedestrian bridge over the Rum River Dam

Grant funds may be used for design, engineering, environmental analysis, land acquisition, and construction of the pedestrian bridge in association with Rum River Dam improvements

Appropriation remains available until June 30, 2029
