Storage tank project exemption applies to purchases made between January 1, 2025, and June 2, 2026

Public works building exemption applies retroactively to purchases made between May 31, 2021, and March 8, 2024

Tax refunds cannot be issued until after June 30, 2025, with funding appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue
