Prohibits owners or controllers of websites, applications, software, or programs from allowing users to access, download, or use nudification technology that alters images or videos to reveal intimate parts not in the original

Defines "nudify" as altering images/videos to reveal intimate parts not originally depicted, or creating depictions realistic enough that a reasonable person would believe they show an identifiable individual's intimate parts

Allows injured individuals to sue for compensatory damages up to three times actual damages (including mental anguish), punitive damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees

Imposes civil penalties of at least $500,000 per violation, enforceable by the Attorney General under Minnesota's consumer protection statutes

Effective August 1, 2025, applying to causes of action accruing on or after that date
