Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to Wallin Education Partners for college admission and graduation programming for low-income students

Funded programs must include financial aid, advising, and career development services

Funds are restricted to supporting Minnesota residents attending colleges or universities within Minnesota

Wallin Education Partners must submit an annual report by February 1 to legislative committees on higher education and K-12 education detailing student demographics, colleges attended, high schools attended, and geographic distribution of students served
