Extends canvassing deadlines for municipal and school district elections from the 10th day to the 14th day after an election, and changes precinct boundary adjustment timelines from 21 days to 46 days before elections

Repeals the voting equipment grant account and transfers remaining funds to the voting operations, technology, and election resources account; also repeals provisions related to township voting equipment studies and ballot inspection procedures
