Reduces the required response time for county auditors and the secretary of state to provide copies of public voter information lists from ten business days to two business days

Applies to requests from any registered Minnesota voter who submits a written or electronic request with payment for reproduction costs

Maintains existing provisions allowing free public inspection of voter lists and restricting use of the information to elections, political activities, or law enforcement purposes

Effective the day following final enactment
