Extends the public notice requirement for testing from 2 days to 5 days in advance

Requires testing to include all ballot marking methods supported by the system, including electronic ballot display, audio ballot reader, and assistive voting technology

Mandates that a detailed precinct report by ballot style be made available for public inspection within 24 hours of testing completion

Effective the day following final enactment
