Appropriates $237,958,000 in FY2026 and $236,958,000 in FY2027 to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for operations and maintenance, with ongoing base funding of $236,958,000

Allocates specific funding for campus infrastructure repair ($50 million), building demolition ($25 million), Workday Student system implementation ($25 million), student support services ($19.4 million/year), and workforce scholarship expansion ($6.75 million/year)

Appropriates $5 million per year for emergency grants to Minnesota State students facing immediate needs that could prevent program completion
