Amends Minnesota Statutes section 144G.70, subdivision 2, governing resident assessments and monitoring in assisted living facilities

Extends the maximum interval between registered nurse reassessments from 90 calendar days to 180 calendar days

Adds new requirement for focused assessments by a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to address specific health status items, scheduled not to exceed 90 days since the last reassessment

Allows annual assessments conducted by a registered nurse to substitute for a scheduled 90-day reassessment

Clarifies that residents receiving only basic assisted living services (clauses 1-5) require individualized initial reviews within 30 calendar days, with ongoing monitoring not to exceed 90 calendar days
