Removes the expiration date for the city of Plymouth's local lodging tax, which was previously set to terminate at the earlier of 10 years after first imposed or December 31, 2030

Plymouth's lodging tax authority allows the city council to impose up to 3% tax on gross lodging receipts, in addition to existing taxes under Minnesota Statutes section 469.190, with a combined cap of 6%

Two-thirds of the tax revenue must fund capital improvements to public recreational facilities and community marketing/promotion

Remaining one-third of revenue must be used for tourism-related purposes as specified under Minnesota Statutes section 469.190
