Waiver case managers would gain authority to approve housing stabilization services for individuals eligible under chapter 256S or sections 256B.092 or 256B.49, after receiving a person-centered plan signed by an eligible provider

Housing transition services capped at 150 hours per transition, with no more than half provided remotely

Housing sustaining services limited to 150 hours annually, with no more than half provided remotely

Moving expenses capped at $3,000 per eligibility span, and housing consultation services allowed once annually

Exceptions to these service limits must be submitted by the waiver case manager to the Commissioner of Human Services for approval; effective July 1, 2025
