Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 116D.04, subdivision 5b, which required periodic review of environmental assessment worksheets and environmental impact statements

Eliminates the requirement for the Environmental Quality Board, Pollution Control Agency, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Transportation to submit reports every three years starting December 1, 2018

Removes the mandate for these agencies to document the historical purposes of mandatory environmental review categories, their relationship to existing permits, and recommendations for whether categories should be modified or eliminated
