Eligible public library jurisdictions (regional library systems, library districts, cities, and counties) may receive grants up to $450,000 for accessibility improvements or up to $1,000,000 for renovation, expansion, or new construction, with a required local match

Grant recipients must have a policy prohibiting library users from accessing obscene internet content, and the commissioner of education prioritizes awards based on collaboration, tax burden, feasibility, suitability, and project need
