Prohibits the Commissioner of Public Safety and local governments (cities, counties, towns) from using traffic safety camera systems to enforce traffic violations including red light violations, speeding, distracted driving, and seat belt violations

Requires immediate termination of any existing traffic safety camera systems or pilot projects operated by the state or local governments

Cancels remaining appropriations for the traffic safety camera pilot program established under Laws 2024, chapter 127, returning unspent funds to the general fund

Repeals multiple existing statutes that established definitions, penalties, and procedures for traffic safety camera enforcement, including the 2024 pilot program that authorized Minneapolis, Mendota Heights, and trunk highway work zones to use speed and red light cameras from August 2025 to July 2029

Takes effect the day following final enactment
